Rudolph Chocolate Oreos

My kids wanted to bake something fun so i came up with these 4 ingredient Christmas oreos, chocolate oreos covered in chocolate with icing eyes and a red cachous nose ( you could also use red candy or icing). They were simple enough that i could show my kids once and leave them to it although a lot of the ingredients disappeared.

What you will need:

  • Chocolate Oreos
  • Chocolate
  • Icing Eyes
  • Red Cachous (candy or Icing)

Tools:

  • Bag for piping chocolate ( I just use a zip lock bag and a clip0
  • Chocolate Oreo Mould Tray

Melt the chocolate in the microwave for 35 seconds and stir and then in 5 second increments until fully melted, stirring in between. Place some chocolate in the bottom of the oreo tray and pop an oreo on top pushing down the oreo a little with your finger. Top with chocolate until the tray is filled and set in the fridge. Place some melted chocolate into a little bag and squeeze out antler shapes on to baking paper and put these into the fridge to set.

Once the chocolate has set, press out the chocolate discs from the mould and assemble Rudolph’s face by dotting the chocolate covered oreo with chocolate and placing on the antlers, eyes and nose. An incredibly easy and fun christmas treat! x
