I think Madonna sang it best when she sang, “come on, Morgue (vogue) Let your dead body move to the music, hey hey hey, Come on, Morgue, Let you dead body go with the flow, you know you can do it! and it was the perfect theme for our Halloween disco. Starting with the invitations, I thought it would be fun to make some interactive parts with the morgue drawers opening, partying skeletons and feet sliding up. I carried the elements of the invitation through to the decorations and food with party Skeletons, Rainbow Sprinkles and soft colours. Our planned outside covid safe party became an inside party due to the heavy rain, I had to let go of how I wanted it to look and work with the new space.
